Service:

We are in constant contact with our applicants, who have been carefully selected by our own organizations in Africa. We have set up and deployed our own organizations in various African countries ourselves. We provide applicants with ready-made application forms and various forms of assistance. All applicants have B2 language training as a nursing specialist and receive training in a hospital. They also have a high school diploma and many of them have completed a degree or vocational training.

Applicants for the 3-year nursing training receive additional weekly German training. This additional German training, which I lead, helps the teachers and trainees, especially in the first few weeks, with their learning behavior in the training schools and institutions. This practice has been highlighted by all institutions so far, with the result that the trainees find it easier to integrate in Germany and achieve better school results.
Practice has shown that the acquired B2 language training is the framework, but is not sufficient at the beginning in school lessons in the hospital.

The practiced conversation exercises through my remedial lessons in the country of origin enable the trainees to make full use of their B 2 language skills. This means they are better at speaking, understanding and answering when they come to Germany.
