Our applicants from Africa have B2 language training, which goes beyond B2 and are close to C1. In addition, my applicants receive an introduction to medical terms and are supported with additional tools. That's why the hospitals and retirement homes are very interested in my applicants. Hospitals, training schools and retirement homes say B2 is not enough. My job is to bring the applicants up to a level of German so that they can easily get started with their training at school and in the company.
